BOB is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services, deposit accounts, card programs, payment rails, and regulated money movement are provided by partner banks, payment processors, or other approved providers, where available and subject to approval.
BOB acts as an orchestration, policy, approvals, and software layer. We may help you initiate or approve provider-backed transactions through the Service, but provider records and applicable account agreements control the regulated movement of funds. Crypto, stablecoin, blockchain, or other settlement rails are available only where supported by the relevant provider and are not bank deposits or FDIC-insured.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOB AI Holdings Corp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
The Service may be provided as beta or early-access software. It may change without notice and may experience interruptions, delays, or errors. We do not guarantee any particular level of uptime or availability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
