These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BOB AI Holdings Corp ("BOB", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the website at joinbob.ai and the BOB services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

BOB provides an AI-powered assistant that helps businesses with everyday operational tasks such as document preparation, scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting. The Services are intended for business use.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

You retain all rights to the content and data you provide to the Services, including data from tools you choose to connect. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Services to you. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content and connections you provide.

5. Messaging channels

Where the Services are available through third-party messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp) or by SMS/text message, your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. By opting in to messages from BOB, you agree to receive messages related to the Services at the number you provided.

• We send messages only to people who have opted in to receive them from BOB.
• Message frequency varies based on your use of the Services.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP". Reply "HELP" for assistance, or contact us at hello@joinbob.ai.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, and content provided by us, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing work product before relying on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Services or others.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
